Poter fare un trattamento di Approccio Trager senza l'uso del lettino o con un uso parziale che non richieda le posizioni supina e prima usuali nella sessione formale. Capire l'uso dei principi del "Trager" per poterli applicare in situazioni quotidiane e in tempi ridotti. Le posizioni alternative diventano necessarie quando chi riceve non possiede le normali funzioni fisiologiche della postura eretta e della locomozione. Quando gravi riduzioni post traumatiche della mobilità di parti del corpo o post operatorie, o effetti limitanti dovuti a patologie neuro -muscolari rendono impossibile o quasi un trattamento "normale" ci possono essere altre possibilità. Anche per persone molto anziane. Un'altra occasione in cui poter condividere i principi del "Trager" possono essere incontri dimostrativi con poche persone su cui fare sentire elementi del trattamento ma senza disporre di un lettino da massaggio né dello spazio protetto per una sessione completa. 3 giorni per sperimentare posizioni a terra o su un letto normale, a sedere, in piedi ed anche camminando. La sessione classica sul lettino e la mentastica si fondono mostrando ciò che sono in verità: aspetti di uno stesso modo di fare, di uno stesso approccio, stessa attitudine.
Il seminario è aperto a tutti i "trageristi" anche principianti ma senz'altro consigliato a chi lo applica regolarmente nelle relazioni d'aiuto.
ENG: Being able to perform a Trager Approach treatment without the use of a massage table, or with only a partial use that does not require the supine positions previously used in formal sessions. Understanding the principles of "Trager" so they can be applied in everyday situations and in a short time. Alternative positions become necessary when the recipient lacks the normal physiological functions of upright posture and locomotion. When severe post-traumatic or post-operative reductions in mobility of parts of the body, or the limiting effects of neuromuscular pathologies, make "normal" treatment impossible or almost impossible, there may be other options. This includes the very elderly. Another opportunity to share the principles of "Trager" could be demonstration sessions with a small group of people, where elements of the treatment can be demonstrated, but without access to a massage table or the protected space for a full session. Three days to experiment with positions on the floor or on a regular bed, sitting, standing, and even walking. The classic session on the couch and mentastics merge, revealing what they truly are: aspects of the same way of doing things, the same approach, the same attitude.
The seminar is open to all "tragerists," including beginners, but is certainly recommended for those who use it regularly in helping relationships.

Si richiede di portare un lenzuolo e una copertina da usare sui lettini. È consigliabile un abbigliamento comodo, se possibile un lettino da massaggio.
